Sanctuary Bar

Float is one of the most well known club/bar type places in Auckland, its always pretty packed although the line moves quickly. The decor is kind of faux barnyard on the dance floor and classy urban styles around the bar. There is an upstairs with booths to watch people shakin their stuff on the dance floor to the mix of retro classics and hip-hop. Its big, with tons of hot guys and skimpily dressed girls though there is the odd older person, and its always going off. I usually manage to score some free drinks here though there is always a bit of a wait as the staff like to take their time.
